Lucien Aigner: Photo/Story Book
Lucien Aigner was a pioneering photojournalist in the 1920s and 1930s who immigrated to NYC in 1939 and later settled in Great Barrington, MA. Aigner captured striking, candid pictures and portraits of great personalities of the day as well as people in the street. This fantastic new book contains his striking black-and-white images as well as Aigner’s own commentaries on his work and the times in which he lived. Accompanied by an introductory essay by deCordova guest curator Jennifer Uhrhane.
